This is not a contest. I am looking for good ideas not people who boast because of how green they are. People making comments like, "Can you say as much?" that cause people to turn away from an way of living. Peace!

I am opening a retail store that will sell eco-friendly, green products and I am looking for distributors that sell these type of products. I'm currently spending hours on the Internet trying to find individual distributor websites. Is there a free source that I can use to find distributors?

Although i already make quite an effort to help the environment i did some research on products i use of which i didn't expect them to be that harmful or stressing on the environment. Could you give me some alternatives for these products that are more environmentally friendly (and not too expensive, i'm still in college)... They are things i can't really live without so alternatives are welcome. -Detergent, mostly for the dishes -Hair gel -Soap -Deodorant -Cooking oil Yeah, i kind of do need soap and deodorant, i do a lot of sports and even if i didn't i still like to wash myself.

I'm looking for stores (online or physical stores) that sell eco-friendly products such as recycled pens, notebooks, water bottles, etc. that can be given away as prizes to promote environmental awareness.
