The Newest Eco-Friendly Brands

Almost all consumers are now looking for some way to reduce their carbon footprint, conserve resources and spend their money in the most productive ways possible. This means not only seeking out companies with environmentally-friendly products, but also companies that practice what they preach. This means finding those that sell goods touted to be good for the planet while also ensuring that the materials are eco-friendly, their company policies and initiatives support such a mission and that they offer their staff plenty of encouragement to practice sustainable practices at home as well as the office.

These truly eco-friendly brands are now manufacturing everything from computers and household cleansers to baby clothes and automobiles. Some of the newer eco-friendly brands include:

Go Natural Baby – this is the manufacturer of a comprehensive line of organic, cotton children’s clothing for kids from three months to five years. They only apply their label to products crafted from organic products and crafted to Fair Trade values, which includes a healthy work environment, fair wages and a refusal to hire children in their factories or shops. The company is concerned about the health of all children and works hard to back it up.

Softress – a line of hair and skin products that are alcohol and preservative free as well as vegan certified and never tested on animals. They come in recyclable and reusable packaging and are the product of a mother’s love. A multiracial family found that the traditional shampoos were no match for their children’s hair and worked to create their own environmentally friendly, as well as hair softening, formulas. They have since expanded to include skin care products that all live up to the same gentle and environmentally friendly standards.

E3 Living – with a simple goal of “providing education and product resources to follow through with good intentions” the company is a fantastic supplier of everything from energy efficient lighting, water conservation goods, solar lighting fixtures, recycling products, household supplies and many other goods. The three “Es” are “energy, ecology, economy” and a quick glance at their website demonstrates that they are on the right track. The sell products that work effectively at reducing energy requirements which saves the consumer money will also leaving a smaller carbon footprint. They make it easier to meet the demands we all place on ourselves to help the planet in every way imaginable.
